This information is provided pending board approval at the next board meeting on April 25th. Do not register before this date. Mrs. Schack & Ms. Neumann will notify you if there is any change to the date below (for example the trip did not get approved as presented or it has been canceled). Please sign up for REMIND text messages regarding the trip registration!
In an effort to ensure we have as many students going as possible who will not have an opportunity for a trip like this again, please register during your time only. Follow the instructions for creating a Bob Rogers Travel’s online Individual Payment System (IPS). All students should register for the ‘Student quad’ package. You may be placed on a waiting list as we hit our magic numbers of 50 or 80 participants. When this occurs Mrs. Schack or Ms. Neumann will address our options. Do not let this discourage you from registering! Wait listed participants will receive their money back. We do have to save room for chaperones as well.
2016/2017 Juniors and Seniors:
Tuesday April 26 through Sunday May 1
2016/2017 Sophomores:
Monday May 2 through Sunday May 8
2016/2017 Freshmen:
Monday May 9 through Sunday May 15
Selected Chaperones and all students can register through May 16th - 27th. Registration will close on May 27th
